Warranty

If your product is defective please send an email at hey@aktiscout.com indicating the following information:

  • Customer Name
  • Contact telephone number
  • Order number or invoice number
  • Product/Model number
  • Description of the problem
  • Photo of the problem
  • Serial number (where applicable)
  • Proof of purchase including the date

Upon receipt of such email AktiScout will file a claim with its brand manufacturers which will at their sole discretion decide whether the claim is acceptable and will repair or replace the product within a reasonable timeframe.
